Terms of Service

Collabryxx is a service operated by Flexthropic LLC. References to "Collabryxx," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Flexthropic LLC.

1. The Service

Collabryxx provides a paid product validation report for ecommerce sellers. For a one-time fee of $149, we deliver a written analysis covering market demand, competitive landscape, and profit potential for the product you submit, within 24 hours of payment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this service. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are purchasing for legitimate business purposes.

3. Payment

Payment is collected upfront via Stripe at the time of order. The $149 fee is a flat rate per product submission — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Delivery

Your report is emailed to the address you provide within 24 hours of a successful payment. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate product information may extend this timeframe.

5. Refunds

Because research begins immediately after payment, fees are non-refundable once a report has been delivered. If we fail to deliver your report within 48 hours of payment, contact us for a full refund.

6. Nature of the Report and No Professional Advice

Reports are prepared through a combination of research and internal review before being sent to you. While we aim for accuracy, the analysis can contain errors, outdated information, or misinterpretations of source data, and it reflects publicly available information at a single point in time. Reports are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. You should independently verify any data point before relying on it and consult a qualified professional before making significant business or financial decisions.

7. No Guarantee of Sales or Outcomes

Our reports reflect market data and analysis available at the time of research. They are provided for informational purposes to support your decision-making. We do not guarantee that any product will sell, be profitable, avoid legal or regulatory issues, or perform as described in the report. All business decisions and their outcomes remain solely your responsibility.

8. Service Provided "As Is"

The service and all reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collabryxx and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or business losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on a report, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Collabryxx harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your business decisions, your use of the report, or your violation of these terms.

11. Your Use of the Report

The report is for your own internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent the report as independent professional advice to third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Collabryxx operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
